Nancy Ritter
Center Manager / Director of Training / Chief Flight Instructor
Nancy is originally from Long Island, New York. In October of 1992 she joined FlightSafety Academy as a student later
becoming a Flight Instructor. Nancy continued her career at FlightSafety Academy as a Program Manager, Assistant Chief
Pilot and is currently Chief Pilot and Director of Training for both - Part 141 and 142. In January 2010, Nancy was
promoted to Assistant Center Manager.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Science and Management from St. Francis College of Brooklyn. In Texas,
she received Air Force Officer training.

James Champley
Assistant Director of JAA Programs
James Joined FlightSafety in 2005 and has held positions as Program Manager and Assistant Chief Instructor. James was
selected for the "Best of the Best" instructor award, honoring FlightSafety International's top 50 flight instructors for
2007. He was promoted to Assistant Director of JAA Program in February of 2010.
James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the University of Michigan.

Don Doohen
Director of Aircraft Maintenance
Don started as an aircraft mechanic at FlightSafety Academy in 1977 and was named the 2001 FAA Orlando Flight Standards
District Office Aviation Maintenance Technician of the Year.

Alan Haaland
Director of Standards
Alan originally joined FlightSafety in May 1978 after serving four years in the U.S. Air Force. He began as a Flight
Instructor and later held the positions of Assistant Director of Academics and Assistant Chief Instructor before assuming
his current position.

Stephanie Timmerman
Product Marketing Manager
Stephanie first joined FlightSafety in July of 1999. She has held several positions within the Academy Marketing team -
Marketing Assistant, Marketing Associate, Marketing Representative, Relationship Representative and now Product Marketing
Manager. Stephanie is also FlightSafety Academy's TSA Administrator.
In 2010 Stephanie was recognized by the US Department of Defense and presented an award by the National Committee for Employer
Support of the Guard and Reserve as a Patriotic Employer. These awards are bestowed only though a soldier's nomination for
outstanding assistance shown to him.
Stephanie holds a degree in Business Management from IRSC and is one of the few true natives of Vero Beach.

Robin Meehan
Accounting Supervisor
Robin began her career at FlightSafety in 2008 as a bookkeeper. She was promoted to her current position as Accounting
Supervisor in 2009. Prior to coming to FlightSafety, Robin worked in various accounting positions. Most recently, she
was the Treasurer and Controller of a resort and marina, and held the position of Treasurer and Controller of a private
Country Club. She has managed the accounting functions for medical operations, manufacturing companies, and worked as a
staff accountant for an accounting firm.
Robin graduated from Bryant University in Rhode Island with a Cum Laude degree in Business Administration with a major in
Accounting.

Angela Brandt
Teammate Resource Administrator
Angie is a Vero Beach native and she first joined FlightSafety in November of 1999. She has held several positions
within the Academy such as Admissions Coordinator and has also worked with our marketing team as a Marketing Assistant. Currently, Angie holds the position of TRA, Teammate Resource Administrator with the Academy.

Jennifer Seton
Immigration Coordinator
Jennifer started with FlightSafety in May of 2008 as a Marketing Assistant. Her responsibilities include managing
marketing material, the Academy website and other graphic design work as it pertains to the Academy. In January 2010,
Jennifer was promoted to Immigration Coordinator. Aside from her responsibilities within the marketing department,
Jennifer is the Primary Designated School Official for SEVIS (Student and Exchange Visitor Information System) and a
TSA Administrator. Her main responsibility is managing the visa process for all international students throughout their
training career at the Academy.
Jennifer, originally from Vero Beach graduated on the Dean's List at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida with a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a minor in Advertising.

Mary Wood
Accreditation Supervisor
Mary has the responsibility to maintain the school's accreditation with ACCSC and the licensure with the Florida Department
of Education Commission for Independent Education. She is the Veterans Administration Education Benefit official and the
school's Financial Aid Administrator. She most recently became a QMS Internal Auditor.
Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree from ERAU. Mary is a private pilot and restored with her husband an award winning antique bi-plane.

Sally Vasquez
Customer Support Representative
Sally started with FlightSafety on April 19, 1999 as the Receptionist and has held several positions with increasing responsibility,
including FAA Proctor and Ground School Administrator. In her most recent position she serves as a Customer Support Representative
handling all on-campus housing responsibilities, immigration-related support and is the DSO Designated School Official
for SEVIS (Student Exchange Visitor Information System).
Before coming to FlightSafety she worked for her father's company as a Receptionist and payroll administrator. Sally also attended Vero Beach High School.

Leslie Hendricks
Marketing Assistant
Leslie began her career at FlightSafety in 2010 as a Marketing Assistant. Her primary responsibility is Enrollment
Coordinator, conducting all new student orientations. Leslie is the main point of contact for incoming students and
assists them with enrollment fulfillment through the application process.
Leslie is currently working towards obtaining her Associates Degree in Business Administration at IRSC.
