International Student/PilotYou're not a citizen of the United States but you want to begin or continue your pilot training in the U.S. FlightSafety Academy is where you need to go. Self-SponsoredFlightSafety Academy offers training curriculum in accordance with FAA Part 141 and Part 61 Regulations. We also offer a training program under the J-1 Exchange Visitor Program. If you are not eligible for the J-1 visa, you may train under the M-1 visa. This will allow you to remain in the United States for the duration of your training. (Students training under an M-1 visa are not permitted to work in the United States upon completion of their training and must return to their country of origin.) JAA TrainingFlightSafety Academy works directly with the Pilot Training College of Ireland (PTC) to provide JAA Conversion training for those FlightSafety graduates who have earned a FAA Commercial / Instrument/multiengine (C/I/ME) license and are interested in beginning an aviation career in Europe. The course give the opportunity to FAA Commercial pilots to earn the JAA equivalent in as little as 3 weeks once the theoretical exams have been completed. Pilot Training College of Ireland (PTC)PTC is JAA Registered and a certified Flight Training Organization (JAA IRL/FTO-005-03). Located at Waterford International Airport in southeaster Ireland. PTC has trained students from 25 difference countries and placed 98% of their graduates with numerous airlines including Aer Lingus, Aer Arann, Ryanair, Westair, Air Asia and Club 328.
