Proper Airline Pilot TrainingAirline pilot training doesn't necessarily consist of a standard number of courses at the end of which you receive your airline pilot degree. The path to this particular specialization is actually a very practical one. One very important aspect in this particular line of work is the fact that all employers are looking for experienced pilots with spotless, accident-free records. In order to become a pilot you must have a commercial pilot's license and, obviously, flying experience. The requirements for obtaining a pilot's certificated and eventually becoming a pilot are to be eighteen years old, in good health, without impairing physical handicaps, have 20/20 vision with or without glasses. In the beginning there is the basic training which covers the essential, after which comes flying with an instructor. During this second stage you will be confronted with different types of situations in order to learn how to deal with emergencies. You will also fly 250 hours and you will learn instrument rating (flying using instruments) and multi engine rating (flying aircrafts with two or more engines). Also you must have some knowledge of math and science since the ever developing technology requires some technical expertise from its pilots. All this is part of the airline pilot training. From this point on, the airline pilot training is in your hands. In order to accumulate experience and continue your airline pilot training you should get a job with commuter and domestic airline companies, obtain the required qualification and than pursue better job offers. This line of work is amazing and the position of the pilot is a very important one both to himself and the others evolved in the flight.
